Our full range of customer support and maintenance contracts are backed by flexible, professional service level agreements, and a fully staffed helpdesk with the expertise of highly trained engineers.
We also offer second-life support and maintenance contracts for discontinued systems, including RACAL, CACTI, and Red Box Recorders, Dictaphone, and NICE logs (version 7.x and earlier).
With a support and maintenance contract, Total Solutions Communications deliver all software updates and bug fixes to maintain efficient, day-to-day operation of your ACRE™ investment. You also receive dedicated, engineer-supervised, onsite and remote support to deliver rapid response and service—all included at no additional cost to you as part of your service agreement.
